Barry Frey – Counselor
Barry received education from Penn State University, Temple University, and Harrisburg Community College. He has nine years experience in counseling with families, individuals and addictions. Barry has a heart for the Elizabethtown area and specializes in working with men and women on ‘father issues.’ His personal vision is to use the love of Christ, power of the Holy Spirit and the Word of God to lead clients in a healing process to find true contentment and help them line up their perspectives and priorities with those of their Heavenly Father’s. Barry is married with four grown children and six grandchildren.
John Lehman, M.A. – Counselor
John has a M.A. in Biblical Counseling from Biblical Life College & Seminary, and is a certified addictions counselor. He is co-founder of CrossRoads Counseling Services, along with his wife Jan. John has worked in the addictions field and served as a counselor for 16 years. John’s expertise is with addictions, marriages, families, and small children. His vision is to minister to pastors, and to teach and train lay counselors in the Body of Christ. John and Jan are the parents of two married children, and take special delight in their five grandchildren.
Kathleen A. Neff, – L.C.S.W., B.C.D., M.S.W.A.C., B.C.P.C.C. – Executive Director
“Kathy” received her Bachelors degree in Social Work from Millersville University and her Masters degree in Social Work from Temple University. Kathy and her husband, Rev. Leo Neff, are co-founders of the ministry. Kathy has 35 years combined experience as a lay counselor, licensed counselor, administrator, and teacher. Kathy’s personal vision is to equip, educate and empower the church to be the church, as well as, leaders and other ministries to accomplish their God-given calls. Kathy and Leo have three grown children and nine grandchildren.
Cristina M. Reedy, L.C.S.W., B.C.D., A.C.S.W. – Assistant Director/Clinical Director
“Cris” received her Bachelor of Psychology degree from Lock Haven University and her Master of Social Work degree from Temple University. She has 14 years of clinical and administrative experience working with children, adolescents, adults and families in various levels of care. Her personal vision is to set people free from the bondage that prevents them from living out their freedom in Christ. Cris is married and has two school-age children.
Jean Snyder, M.A., N.C.C. – Counselor
Jean received her Bachelors degree from Penn State University in Social Services and her Masters degree in Community Counseling from Regent University. Jean has 12 years of counseling experience with young women, adults and groups. Jean has developed and facilitated numerous groups for a variety of populations at CrossRoads. Jean’s personal vision is to feed Christ’s sheep. Jean is married, has four grown children and one grandchild.
Ruth Snyder, B.S. – Counselor
Ruth graduated from Lancaster Bible College with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Bible and Professional Counseling. She has 15 years experience counseling women with life altering issues, such as, substance abuse, co-dependency, and depression. In addition to her work with individuals, Ruth has facilitated life skills and recovery groups and she has led discipleship/Bible classes. Ruth’s personal vision is to utilize the word of God, reliance on the Holy Spirit and the experiences andtraining God has given her to support, educate and empower women.
